Roniery (@roniery.eu) is a visual artist from Sergipe, an ogã, and an activist for Afro-Brazilian traditions. In his artistic work, he engages with orixás, terreiro symbols, and Black ancestry, creating pieces that serve as reflections and celebrations of identity, resistance, and spirituality.
In addition to producing art on canvases, prints, and objects, Roniery works within collectives that promote Afro-Brazilian culture through engaged and community-based art. His aesthetic blends symbolic strength and delicacy, inviting the public to immerse themselves in narratives of belonging, memory, and transformation.
